Democratic Congressional Candidates to Meet the Press in Bath May 18
Bath, ME - All six candidates running for the Democratic congressional nomination in the hotly contested 1st District primary will participate in a public forum at Bath Middle School on Sunday, May 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. The discussion is being hosted by the Coastal Journal and will also include moderators from the Times Record and the Wiscasset Newspaper. The event is free and open to the public.
Michael Brennan, Adam Cote, Mark Lawrence, Steve Meister, Chellie Pingree, and Ethan Strimling will be on the ballot when Democrats in the 1st District choose a candidate to replace Congressman Tom Allen who is running for the Senate. The statewide primary election will take place June 10. |
